Ayanza's answer
Coherence - all in one place in a way that makes perfect sense. Focus on team success, not just task management. Team rituals, and focus on async meetings. Note-taking culture.
Ayanza's answer
Innovators that want to change the world and seek better ways how to get there. People who genuinely care about their team and know for good that it's not only about the tasks.
Ayanza's answer
We have built another great company together and, after the exit, wondered - what would make our company more successful? Better team management. How to get better at it? How to share more knowledge with the team? How to better listen to other people's opinions and ideas? How to navigate changes faster in uncertain times? So we invested our own money and started Ayanza to find out how to build better teams.

Our biggest customers are new startups that want a better stack for their new venture and picked Ayanza because they knew, we build for them. They grow fast and you'll know them by name very soon.
We've been using Trello for about a year to keep our team tasks in order. Getting started was honestly a breeze - the kanban board is super intuitive and everyone got it within minutes. Moving cards around, adding checklists, and dropping files into cards just feels natural. But as our projects got more complex, we started bumping into limits pretty fast. There's no real sprint planning out of the box, reporting is basically nonexistent, and the free plan's 10-board limit sneaks up on you. We ended up paying for stuff that feels like it should be included. Still, for visual task tracking and small-to-mid workflows it's hard to beat.
Trello makes project management feel effortless. Its board-and-card setup is intuitive, letting you organize tasks and track progress with just a glance. The free plan is generous, and Power-Ups add extra muscle when your projects grow. While it’s not loaded with advanced features like some competitors, its simplicity and flexibility make it a go-to tool for teams and individuals alike.
Trello excels as a task planning tool, and I appreciate its user-friendly interface, especially when using it on a smartphone. Its mobile app is incredibly convenient, allowing me to stay organized and connected on the go. I appreciate how it streamlines collaboration without unnecessary complexities.
Based on our record, Trello seems to be a lot more popular than Ayanza. While we know about 248 links to Trello, we've tracked only 7 mentions of Ayanza. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
For me, the best Notion's alternatives I found so far are Ayanza and Obsidian. Source: over 3 years ago

I can recommend Ayanza (https://ayanza.com/) - similar to Notion, but they let you switch on and off their modules (so when you do not want their tasks module, you can get it out of app completely and so on), might be what you are looking for. Source: over 3 years ago

Our world has more Todo lists than anyone could count, however, my ready-to-go solution is still Trello when it's time to track my tasks. It's easy to use, colorful, simple and user-friendly without being bloated. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago

The weird thing is that we accepted online-first or even online-only note taking apps. I used to be a huge fan of Trello and later Notion, but their online-first nature ended up getting in the way. Nowadays I just use a very simple system of templated Markdown files. I'm even considering trying out Org-mode (outside emacs, I'm a vim type of guy). - Source: dev.to / 12 months ago

Trello’s visual boards remain intuitive, but its AI features now make tracking and communication smarter. - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago
