Offlow is a leave management and biometric attendance platform headquartered in Dallas, US. Founded in 2025, it was built out of firsthand frustration with expensive, complex HR tools that took weeks to set up and cost $8-12 per user per month. The team that built Offlow uses it daily to manage their own leave and attendance โ the product is battle-tested internally before any feature ships to customers.
Offlow handles leave requests, approvals, balance tracking, public holidays by location, shift scheduling, and night shifts โ all from a single page. Approve or reject leave directly from Slack without opening a browser tab. Connect ZKTeco or other biometric devices for automated attendance tracking. Import existing data via CSV in minutes. Supports multiple departments, locations, and leave policies out of the box.
Most leave management tools charge $8-12 per user per month and take days to set up. Offlow is free forever for up to 10 users, with paid plans starting at $2/user/month. Setup takes under 2 minutes โ no demos, no sales calls, no onboarding fees, no training required. HR and Admin roles can approve any employee's leave, eliminating the approval bottleneck that plagues other tools when managers are unavailable.

If you just want to run an IDE for Python in the cloud, take a look at AWS Cloud9 (that would cost something however). You could get your code into AWS and sync your local changes using a source code repository, e.g. On GitHub or GitLab. Source: about 3 years ago
