Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing AWS Cloud9 and EvalHub.tech.

What makes your product unique?

EvalHub.tech's answer:

Most AI writing tools make you bounce between a detector and a humanizer, two separate apps that never quite talk to each other. EvalHub puts both in one workflow, so you can run a check, humanize the flagged sections, and verify the result without ever leaving the page.

The humanization itself runs five passes in sequence: it rewrites sentences, swaps in fresher vocabulary, reshapes paragraph structure, injects genuine emotion, and layers in concrete detail. By the end of that chain, machine-generated text reads like something a person actually sat down to write.

Pricing is kept deliberately simple. Plans start at $2.99 a month, which sits roughly 70% under what most competitors in the space charge, and there is no waitlist. You sign up, you get in, you start using it.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

EvalHub.tech's answer:

What actually makes EvalHub worth picking over the alternatives comes down to a few things that compound on each other.

The workflow problem is real. If you've ever tried to ship content that needs to pass as human, you know the drill: paste your text into a detector, screenshot the flags, copy it over to a humanizer, paste it back to verify, repeat. EvalHub collapses that loop into a single screen, which means fewer subscriptions to juggle and less time lost to tab-switching.

The humanization quality is the bigger differentiator. Most tools in this category lean on one trick, usually synonym swapping, and call it done. The result tends to read like a thesaurus ran over the original. EvalHub instead runs five passes in sequence: sentence-level rewrites, vocabulary refresh, paragraph restructuring, emotion injection, and detail layering. By the time the text comes out the other end, it reads like someone actually wrote it, not like it was run through a filter.

Then there's the price. 2.99amonthsitswellbelowwhatthemaincompetitorscharge.UndetectableAIandQuillBottypicallylandsomewhereinthe10 to $30 range, which prices out exactly the people who need this kind of tool most: students, freelancers, small creators working on tight budgets. EvalHub is built for them.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

EvalHub.tech's answer:

EvalHub is built for a specific kind of user: people who lean on AI to produce drafts but need the final output to pass as genuinely human. That covers a wide spectrum, and the common thread is that none of them can afford to ship text that still smells like a machine wrote it.

Content creators sit at the center of this. They are pushing out blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters on a regular cadence, often recycling one AI draft across multiple platforms, and they need each version to sound like a person actually sat down and wrote it. Freelancers fall into a similar bucket, except they are usually writing for clients who would not be happy to discover their "original" content reads like ChatGPT output.

Students make up another chunk. Whether it is fair or not, AI detectors are now embedded in academic workflows, and students who use AI as a writing aid need their work to read naturally rather than trigger every plagiarism or AI flag in the system. Small business owners round out the picture. They are stretched thin, they use AI to keep up with marketing demands, and they need that output to look professional without spending hours rewriting it by hand.

The connecting need across all of them is the same: take AI-generated text and make it read as authentically human, whether that is to clear detectors, improve readability, or repurpose a single draft across blogs, social posts, and newsletters without it feeling recycled.

What's the story behind your product?

EvalHub.tech's answer:

EvalHub did not start as a product idea. It started as a frustration.

The person behind it was a content creator who was doing what a lot of creators do: drafting in AI, then running the output through a detector to see what got flagged, then copying the flagged sections into a humanizer, then pasting everything back to verify it passed. Two separate subscriptions, two separate logins, and a clipboard that never got a break. The results were inconsistent too. Some passes worked, some did not, and the back-and-forth ate time that was supposed to go into actual content.

That friction is what drove the build. The goal was not to make a better detector or a cleverer humanizer. It was to put both in one place, charge a price that a small creator could actually justify, and stop forcing people to pay enterprise rates for a workflow that should have been a single tool all along.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

EvalHub.tech's answer:

EvalHub is built with Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, Prisma with PostgreSQL, Auth.js for authentication, Zustand for state management, Framer Motion for animations, Zod for validation, and next-intl for internationalization.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

EvalHub.tech's answer:

EvalHub is in early stage and primarily serves individual creators, freelancers, and small teams. Public customer references are not yet available.
