  I second AutoEntry. I use Receiptbank for some clients but have just started to use AutoEntry and I find it's easier to use, with a cleaner interface.

  Have you tried Craftybase? They have a 14 day trial. FYI - at the bottom of their page, they list their competitors if you want to research other companies. My one issue is that they don’t integrate with EBay. I only sell maybe 4K a year... Source: over 3 years ago
