Our primary audience is anyone looking to work with an Agency Recruiter or Temp Agency. Whether you are a job seeker looking for that next opportunity or if you are a company looking to find your next hire, HeadxHunt can help find you a recruiter.

HeadxHunt has a simple UX which anyone can navigate the large number of recruitment agencies to look through.

What's the story behind your product?

HeadxHunt's answer:

After starting my career in tech recruiting, I was surprised to find that Agency Recruiters (or Headhunters) had quite a negative reputation. It wasn't until I started working at one of the biggest international recruitment agencies to realize why. Although just as with any industry there are good and bad agents, due to the nature of the incentives and the saturation in the market there are many recruitment agents who cut corners. I also found that the best recruiters often get unnoticed despite providing great candidate experience.

HeadxHunt is a place where we highlight the agencies and recruitment consultants who provide high quality candidate service and results. Just as you would look for social proof before purchasing a product, we provide social proof for recruiters.
