Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

โœ… Instant โœ… No accounts โœ… Privacy-first โœ… One-off friendly โœ… Shareable โœ… Quick math only

What's the story behind your product?

SplitBiller's answer:

I built SplitBiller because splitting bills shouldnโ€™t feel like a task in itself.

I kept running into the same annoying scenario:

Someone pays the bill,

Then the group spends 5โ€“10 minutes figuring out who owes what,

Someone suggests an app,

Someone else doesnโ€™t want to install anything,

Then someone inevitably forgets to do it later.

I tried the big apps โ€” theyโ€™re great for tracking long-term shared expenses, but for oneโ€“off splits they felt like overkill โ€” signups, accounts, reminders, group setup, notificationsโ€ฆ all for something you just want done right now.

So I thought: What if it were as simple as opening a page, entering the amounts, and sharing the answer? No accounts. No history. No friction.

Thatโ€™s exactly what I built.

SplitBiller isnโ€™t trying to replace full-featured expense trackers โ€” itโ€™s for the moments when all you need is fast math and a shareable result.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

SplitBiller's answer:

Next.js โ€“ for a fast, SEO-friendly, single-page web app JavaScript / TypeScript โ€“ all logic runs in the browser HTML + CSS (Tailwind or minimal CSS) โ€“ clean, responsive UI

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

SplitBiller's answer:

SplitBillerโ€™s most active users are friends, roommates, and small groups looking to settle shared expenses instantly โ€” no accounts, no apps, no history.
