Connecting to App Store Connect

AppCherish connects to App Store Connect using Appleโ€™s official API. You paste in an API key โ€” it never leaves your account โ€” and AppCherish pulls in everything: downloads, revenue, ratings, reviews, crash data, TestFlight builds, in-app purchases, subscription metrics, and more.

The connection is read-only. AppCherish cannot change anything in your App Store account.

Once connected, AppCherish fetches fresh data daily and builds a running picture of your appโ€™s health over time.

An Insights Feed That Works on Your Schedule

The main view is your Insights feed โ€” a list of things worth knowing about your apps, ranked by significance. Not everything, just what matters.

Insights are grouped across all your active apps, so you can manage multiple apps without jumping between contexts. Each insight links to the specific metric that triggered it, with context on what changed and why it might be significant.

Intelligent Insights

This is the core of the product. AppCherish analyzes your data for patterns that are easy to miss when youโ€™re heads-down building.

Insights are prioritized as high, medium, or low. You can dismiss them once resolved, and they wonโ€™t resurface unless something changes.

Problems flagged before you notice them

Automated Daily Email Reports

If you donโ€™t want to check a dashboard, you donโ€™t have to. AppCherish can send you a daily email with a summary of your apps and any new insights that fired overnight.

The email contains only what changed. If nothing significant happened, itโ€™ll be short. Itโ€™s designed to be read in under two minutes โ€” not to be a dashboard you scroll through.

I am a tech guy. Have 15+ years experience building backend systems. Now, I build user facing websites/services and release them. I have no knowledge of marketing/sales, so if you are a non tech guy who wants to do some fun projects, hit me up. Email in profile. Reviewing the code will be another hurdle for you. If you don't stay on top of this you will end up with an expensive POS. Maybe your friend can just do the code reviews for a cut? Otherwise, try something like pullrequest.com (code review as a service). Source: about 5 years ago
