This will step you thru changing the language in the settings from Mandarin to English, using the onboard browser Lightning to download an app, and then the onboard file browser to install it. You can try looking at https://apkpure.com/ for Android apps. Not sure what the Apple App Store has available. Sometimes you have to do a deep dive on Japanese learning apps to find any language apps that fit what you are looking for. Source: over 2 years ago
