As answered by people managing Apache Solr and Hellomatik.
Hellomatik's answer:
HM-2 connects the software a company already has instead of replacing it. The ERP, the CRM and the rest stay in place, and each department gets its own application on top of them, with AI agents that reconcile figures across systems, flag variances and explain what caused them, and handle routine tasks, automatically or with approval depending on the task. All data, including the AI models, is hosted and processed in Europe.
Hellomatik's answer:
Companies whose operations are spread across several business systems that do not agree with one another, from production to administration. HM-2 is not built for a single sector.
Hellomatik's answer:
Hellomatik is a Spanish software company founded to bring a company's systems, data and procedures together in one place, so that software can act on the whole operation rather than on one part of it. HM-2, its platform, is developed in Spain.
Hellomatik's answer:
HM-2 is developed by Hellomatik in Spain and runs on infrastructure hosted in Germany. All data, including the AI models, is hosted and processed in Europe.
Hellomatik's answer:
Hellomatik's platform, HM-2, builds one live model of the whole company from the business systems, databases and email it already runs, and every application and AI agent works from that model. Each figure, rule and procedure has a single definition, so the agents work from the same data the company uses to make its decisions.
