CSShake might be a bit more popular than Animate.css. We know about 1 link to it since March 2021 and only 1 link to Animate.css. An advantage of this approach is that it lets us utilize any CSS animation library that works off of the same concept of adding and removing classes. Some of the more popular libraries that work this way are animate.css and magic.css.
