There’s a handful of plugins you can find to apply your designs to mobile mock-ups like this. If you want professional ones, I’ve found Angle to be top tier, the full library is a little pricey, but worth it if you have the need. Source: over 2 years ago

I've built some design tools in the past. In 3D, that would be, Device Frames, where people come to render images of mobile devices and use on landing pages / anywhere else. This is the reason I went with devices - as I already had 3D models that I could use and share with people. Source: about 1 year ago
