One good option to find out real world pricing in this area is go to angi.com (angie's list) and browse their offers/coupons for the various stuff you'd want done. They probably have everything from bathrooms, flooring, kitchen. Several of the contractors will post offer pricing for specific jobs based on sq. footage. Source: about 4 years ago
I used angi.com for a similar task but didn't love it. You have to pay a membership fee for a year, but for the task I requested, it was cheaper bc you save money as a member. Overall my rating is 'meh' but good if you're in a pinch to get it done fast. Source: about 4 years ago
