  Homeadvisor.com will let you describe the work you want to do and then contractors will respond. I've had decent luck with this for the smaller, specific jobs. Just be prepared, they often start calling you IMMEDIATELY, so don't submit the request unless you're prepared to spend the next 30 minutes or so talking to the contracting companies. I usually start with angi.com and personal recommendations from neighbors and friends for this kind of thing.   One good option to find out real world pricing in this area is go to angi.com (angie's list) and browse their offers/coupons for the various stuff you'd want done. They probably have everything from bathrooms, flooring, kitchen. Several of the contractors will post offer pricing for specific jobs based on sq. footage. Source: almost 2 years ago

  I used angi.com for a similar task but didn't love it. You have to pay a membership fee for a year, but for the task I requested, it was cheaper bc you save money as a member. Overall my rating is 'meh' but good if you're in a pinch to get it done fast. Source: almost 2 years ago
