The only way to see if Android will run is to try and run it. Start with the newest release from https://android-x86.org, write it to a flash drive with Etcher and try booting it - like GNU/Linux distributions like Ubuntu, Android-x86 has a live mode in which you can test it to see if it boots, and if it does test to see if your hardware all works. It's because they can't read. I did this recently, but you can download CE from https://cheatengine.org, turn on airplane mode, and install it if you're that worried about the greyware. Those additional offers won't show up as it needs to connect to the internet to retrieve those offers I believe. Source: about 1 year ago
If you are on PC, you could use something like Cheat Engine to speed up the timer by increasing the game speed. Another thing you could do (if not on PC) is do missions quickly and wait at where story cutscenes trigger while you do something else potentially. Source: about 1 year ago
