Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing AMC Technology and Applied Software.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

AMC Technology's answer

Customers include Alghanim Industries, CAA Club Group, Carnival Cruise Lines, Continental, CPS Energy, and Maui Jim.

What makes your product unique?

AMC Technology's answer

Most contact center vendors sell a fixed platform and expect the surrounding systems to adapt to it. AMC Technology takes the opposite approach: it orchestrates atop whatever CRM, telephony, and AI systems a business already has, so a contact center can add new capabilities, like real-time transcription or AI-assisted routing, without replacing existing infrastructure. Each deployment is configured around a specific environment rather than built from a standard template.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

AMC Technology's answer

AMC Technology is built to be extended over time rather than rebuilt: adding a use case, switching carriers, or adopting a new AI provider means reconfiguring an existing orchestration layer instead of commissioning a new custom integration. For end users, this typically shows up as fewer call transfers and less repeated information, since CRM, telephony, and AI systems share context in real time instead of operating separately.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

AMC Technology's answer

AMC Technology is used by enterprise contact centers running Salesforce alongside a telephony or CCaaS platform such as Avaya or Cisco. Buyers are typically Salesforce Admins, Architects, CRM Directors, Contact Center Technology Leaders, and CIOs/CTOs; end users are the contact center agents and customers whose calls are routed and supported through the platform.

What's the story behind your product?

AMC Technology's answer

AMC Technology was founded in 1995, focused on integrating contact center and CRM systems so customer information carries across departments and platforms during a call. Over three decades, that work expanded into DaVinci, an orchestration platform connecting CRM, telephony, and AI systems in real time.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

AMC Technology's answer

DaVinci orchestrates across CTI, SIP, and cloud contact center protocols, connecting CRM platforms (including Salesforce) with telephony systems (including Avaya and Cisco), CCaaS providers, and AI/speech-to-text services.
