For production deployment, the fine-tuned SLMs can run on SageMaker Real-Time Endpoints, self-hosted EC2, or even AWS Outposts for on-premise telco edge deployments where data residency is required. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
In this post we are using an Amazon EC2 T3 Micro instance running Ubuntu with an nginx web server. We'll use AWS Systems Manager to help set up a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions. We'll then configure AWS Certificate Manager with Amazon CloudFront and have it connected to our domain with Amazon Route 53! We'll be using a Vue Nuxt 4 application as our web app. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
Cloud compute spend is one of the most visible and controllable components of AWS infrastructure costs, yet many organizations still pay for idle resources. Development, testing, UAT, QA, sandbox, and demo environments often run 24/7 out of convenience, even though they are only needed during business hours. Automatically stopping (โparkingโ) resources such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon RDS during off-hours is a... - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago
I believe that learning only theory or cramming these configuration options might not be enough to pass the exam. Also, and let's put your hand over your heart, memorizing EC2 or S3 settings will not make you a better cloud professional. - Source: dev.to / 8 months ago
Compute: This is the big one. It's the cost of running EC2 instances with GPUs (like the g5 or p4 series) for model training and deployment. It also includes the compute for services like Amazon SageMaker and AWS Batch. - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago
ยท Know how to handle group projects. Whenever you can, work with 1-2 people you trust, as coordinating meetings with fewer people is easier and it's less likely you'll have to deal with a terrible group member. Make a group chat with all members soon after the project is assigned to plan responsibilities and a list of deadlines. Even if you don't get to work yet, having these expectations upfront will help later... Source: about 4 years ago
This is a unique situation, this group will be perfect for you if your schedule changes weekly due to work. Every Saturday I will put up a calendar from when2meet.com (here's an example of what one would look like: https://www.when2meet.com/?13707207-P379a). Source: over 4 years ago
If you want to try to set it up online, I highly recommend when2meet.com, can set up good times by date or day and get real specific. Source: about 5 years ago
I'm looking to create a clone of the website when2meet.com for a project. Can anyone help me with where to start and how I should go about doing this? Thank you in advance. Source: over 5 years ago
Personally I have not used meetme.com before, but I do use when2meet.com quite often. It lets you select the days you want to look at (maybe giving them a 2 week range) and you each fill out what times on those days you are available. Then give them a deadline to have their info input, maybe 3 days as it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Source: over 5 years ago
