I use this app called Alarmy. Itโs the only thing that has me get up. To turn off the alarm, you have to complete a โmissionโ. The best/most reliable mission Iโve been able to use has been the barcode reader. I set the alarm to be disabled by needing to scan a shampoo bottle.
