    Sleepyti.me will help you choose the best time to wake up between sleep cycles. When I input your normal bed time (10pm) it says to wake at either 5:30am or 7am. It has really helped me in the past when I knew I had limited time to sleep and didn't want to wake up like a zombie.

    It’s counterintuitive but try waking up earlier. I have a really hard time getting up between 6:15-7:30 going to bed at 10-11 but usually wake up naturally around 5:30-5:45. There’s actually a calculator that will tell you the optimal times to go to sleep if you want to get up at a certain time based on average sleep cycles. Sleep Calcukator.

    World's most annoying alarm app
    I use this app called Alarmy. It’s the only thing that has me get up. To turn off the alarm, you have to complete a “mission”. The best/most reliable mission I’ve been able to use has been the barcode reader. I set the alarm to be disabled by needing to scan a shampoo bottle. While I’m in the bathroom I turn on the shower and boom, I’m getting ready. They have a membership but it’s not needed for the feature I described. Https://alar.my.
