Ahref's Webmaster Tools (link) allows you to see keywords on your own site with rankings, search volume, etc. So not necessarily the best for keyword research but massively valuable for optimizing posts once you start to get traffic/rankings. Source: over 3 years ago

If you don't have a paid account, you can use the free tools to get an idea of how things work while you're going through the course (https://ahrefs.com/free-seo-tools).
