ADHD Notes is a calmer task and follow-up app for people who hold too much in their head.
The hard part of staying on top of things is rarely doing the task. It is remembering the loose thread weeks later, after it has left your mind completely. ADHD Notes is built around that gap.
Capture anything in one tap, before the thought slips away. Each task can carry full context (the customer, the people involved, meetings, a notes log, and its own activity history), so when a thread comes back you know exactly who and why. Then set it to resurface on the right day and let it go, trusting it will return instead of relying on memory.
It is flat by design. There are no folder mazes to build and abandon. You capture first and add context only if and when you want it, so the app still works on the busy days.

You capture a task or follow-up in one tap, attach the context future-you will need (the customer, the people, meetings, notes, and history), and set it to resurface on the right day. The app brings the thread back to you instead of relying on memory. It is also flat by design, with no folders or projects to build and abandon, so it keeps working on the busy days when other systems fall apart.

Next.js, React, and TypeScript on the front end, with Tailwind for styling. Supabase (Postgres and Auth) for the database and authentication. Hosted on Netlify with serverless functions for the backend. The iOS app is built with Capacitor. AI features run through a hosted large language model tier.
