Some advice: maybe talk to other people in your family so they can warn you if he's in your town or neighborhood? And also, look into getting a better therapist. While you're trying to find a new one there's always Better Help or 7cups.com (7cups is free, but JSYK I've used the latter before and you have to be very selective. For example I can access eclipse.org in chrome without issue. I'm seeing my PA cert when I check it's trusted. However when I run the eclipse installer it fails which I suspect is because of the decryption. I'm seeing this log in the decryption log both before and after installing the IA cert and when both using the installer or browsing the site. Source: about 3 years ago
