For our needs, Cloudarion has been a real lifesaver in that we can use the tools to easily edit pages. In addition, PHP scripting is an excellent feature. I like their service, on Chat, as well as Ticket, it is very quick. Chat response is within two minutes and Ticket Response in my opinion is around 10 minutes. These guys are just plain ole awesome! Cloudarion's customer support is beyond excellent. They know what they are doing. The only reason I have contacted support is due to the questions about setting things up (and not due to server issues, as I have not found any yet).
