  My personal recommendation would be either Switch or PC. I would only advise Xbox or Playstation if there is a specific game you are interested in which is only available on that console, or if you know people on that console and want to play online. • About regional pricing in GOG. If you live outside the US, how lower than normal are prices in your case? and what country do you think has the lowest regional pricing in GOG? Mine (Ecuador) can get as low as 50% compared to other stores without any kind of discount. Here is an example.
