Since the transaction which would be running are not going to be that large of a quantities where each and every % matters, I think it would be safer to go with something like nodeless as referred. Unclear what you're asking. POS = point of sale? For POS I'd suggest https://btcpayserver.org/ or a custodial lightning wallet as you want lots of good connections and channels to receive payments. 1) Bitcoin with BTCPay Server (free and open-source), supports Lighting Network too. It offers accounting/invoicing features that can most likely easily plug into your existing stack. Not really a Stripe alternative - but if you run out of alternatives, there's always Bitcoin. That is, if you want to accept payments without using any third-party service. I wish more people implemented Bitcoin (Lightning) payments on their websites.
