  Since the transaction which would be running are not going to be that large of a quantities where each and every % matters, I think it would be safer to go with something like nodeless as referred.   Unclear what you're asking. POS = point of sale? For POS I'd suggest https://btcpayserver.org/ or a custodial lightning wallet as you want lots of good connections and channels to receive payments.
