  Automate from Llamalab might do it for you. https://llamalab.com/automate/ I use it quite extensively and it is free on a limited basis. You can run I think three tasks simultaneously in the free version but you can get around that by creating a scheduling flow that starts other flows in a timed manner if you want.   I made a simple script to "overclock" the flashlight. Using Automate and Button Mapper (you can also buy Pro and do without Automate), by long pressing the Bixby button, it starts a script (as root) that turns lits the torch with the highest possible brightness (su /storage/emulated/0/Documents/scripts/turboflash.sh t).
