You can set that up pretty easily with Automate. - Source: Hacker News / 1 day ago
  • How to capture new tickets instantly on Ticketswap?
One could use one of the many phone automation tools to program a little script that automatically clicks the Ticketswap popup and then goes through the rest of the menus until it's in your shopping cart. Source: 12 months ago
  • Auto Reboot config
In the past, I used and it was simple to use. Back then, I had to reboot my phone at least once a day for it to work properly and Automate helped a bunch. Source: about 1 year ago
  • IPhone 15 might be a worthy successor to S10
Zero customizability. I like to bind actions to volume buttons, scripts and programs to make my life easier (super-bright flashlight, call recording, automation). On iPhones you can... Change the wallpaper. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Is there a way to signal to the driver their car has been turned on?
You're gonna have to get something like a bouncie $77 to buy, $8 /mo for LTE, for notification that car has been turned on. I actually don't have a bouncie, since I have a DIY system: To watch live stream of the inside of my car, I mounted on my dash, an old galaxy s4 with Alfred security camera app , the video showing the inside of my car. It’s also set to record if detecting a... Source: about 1 year ago
  • Alternative like Tasker?
Automate from Llamalab might do it for you. I use it quite extensively and it is free on a limited basis. You can run I think three tasks simultaneously in the free version but you can get around that by creating a scheduling flow that starts other flows in a timed manner if you want. The com.termux.tasker add-on that was already linked in this thread can be used to communicate with... Source: about 1 year ago

  • [ROOT] Make your flashlight (torch) even brighter!
I made a simple script to "overclock" the flashlight. Using Automate and Button Mapper (you can also buy Pro and do without Automate), by long pressing the Bixby button, it starts a script (as root) that turns lits the torch with the highest possible brightness (su /storage/emulated/0/Documents/scripts/ t). Normal press of the button (su /storage/emulated/0/Documents/scripts/ turns it on... Source: over 1 year ago
  • HomePlus Mod [RELEASE]
The "HomePlus Mod" is a software mod that changes the function of the HOME button to an obscure, but still usable, modifier. Combined with Automate ( & some Shell Scripting, it unlocks a world of possibilities on the RP2+ (L3 / R3, Cloud Gaming, Hotkeys & much more). Source: almost 2 years ago
  • How much data does Stadia consume on 4G per hour?
Just install something like automate and just let that request the data-bundels for you. (Basically just set up an autoreply to the "your bundle is at 80%" text.). Source: almost 2 years ago
  • OOP in c++
There are some who do that, but it's for some niche things. Lego mindstorms ev3, which you need the hardware if I'm not mistaken, and llamalab's Automate for android control. They aren't really useful for oop I feel like, but I might be wrong. Source: about 2 years ago
  • As there was discussion about macros today I decided to get a more official ruling on it, use at your own risk I guess
There are auto clickers with image detection. For both mobile and PC. Https:// That's one of them for android, other and more popular is FREP, and other even more advanced is Source: about 3 years ago
  • Fitbit integration?
Another alternative is Automate, which is free. It uses a flow-based system that some people prefer over Tasker, but I personally didn't really like it. I'm less familiar with this one as a result. Source: about 3 years ago
