Is this a scam or a badly managed company about 3 months ago

I never heard of them before, and the emails look like they are truly tied to 'expensify.com' but there is no 'unsubscribe' or anything similar. I am thinking maybe a scammer is trying to get me to sign in and put in some form of credit card details?
