    -Consider beginning a mindfulness practice of some sort. Meditation is a great option, but you may also find great relief in journalling. I journal on gratitude, but more often just allow myself to write and let that neverending monologue in my head have somewhere to land. Relief is definitely the word for it. Buddhify is my tool of choice for meditation as they have many practical and contextual guided meditations.
