DuckDuckGo Privacy App & Extension

Almost all websites have a bunch of scripts that track you. The duckduckgo browser (https://duckduckgo.com/app) tries to block those scripts for you. Their contract with Microsoft prevents them from blocking any scripts written by Microsoft.

Brave and you can earn crypto that may or may not be worth something one day haha. You don't need to install any ad block extension, one is built in. I use it on my android as well. I still use google maps though, that is the best map out there.

Yeah, no they didn't. They have to allow 3rd party scripts to run (in this example they have to let a script that originates from linkedin.com to run on workspace.com) for two reasons. The first is not allowing 3rd party scripts to run might (and often does) break website functionality. The second is their agreement with Microsoft to use Bing search results has a provision that prevents them from blocking 3rd party Microsoft scripts that run on non-microsoft websites.
