Have you tried Vivaldi on desktop? It has a sidebar. Opera and Vivaldi also have some of the same DNA, figuratively speaking, as the founder of Vivaldi was also the founder of Opera, and started Vivaldi a couple years after selling Opera off to the consortium that currently owns it.
