  I use adnauseum and opera ad blocker with privacy badger and have no issues (for now) ive like watched a whole playlist of 10+ vids with no popups, ads or blocks.   I read in many places, that the more extensions/addons you add to your browser, the easier it is to fingerprint you, which made a lot of sense. I've tested it myself with coveryourtracks.eff.org and indeed the more addons I installed, the more unique I appeared.
