I've heard of meetup.com, and I used omegle for a while back in my early 20s (just for fun mainly), but I definitely wouldn't go about using a site like omegle or chatroulette today since I've become more cautious about who I socialize with online. Plus the whole nudity and trolling problem on sites like chatroulette is not something I want to deal with on a daily basis lol. I have had some interesting conversations on omegle though.

I was going to meetings from meetup.com, to make friends with similar interests. But then corona happened, so I was stuck. I ended up going on chatroulette.com and talking to random strangers every day, it really got me out of that depressive slump, got the gears in my brain turning again having interesting conversations.
