I'm not a big fan of syncing data (although presumably as it's SharePoint it'll only download the 'ghost' of the file until they actually open it?). Generally file syncing ends up in support calls for out of space disks when a user attempts to download the entire file system to their machine. We have a customers who insist on using dropbox and box.com and full hard disks are commonplace for those customers.

Make a checklist. You could do it with Excel or Word and just print it when you come in every day. Or you could use something like a Notion Database that you duplicate each day to check off or use an app like process.st . Personally, I would go for printing one, because I could leave it somewhere visible and that would help me - since I forget about things I can't see.
