  One possible suggestion - take a few personality tests, then search for careers that match. The tests don't really matter, but I found there's a lot of resources for the Myers-Briggs/ Big Five hybrid at 16personalities.com, and the Gallop CliftonStrengths clone https://high5test.com/cliftonstrengths-free/. They'll tell you to answer every question honestly for some reason, but since you want to become an ESTP it's important that you do the opposite of that.
