I like Zephyr RTOS because it works on other ARM chips, such as Nordic and NXP. Also runs on risc-v, x86, qemu, etc. Source: almost 3 years ago
It might be worth looking at Zephyr - https://zephyrproject.org/ - on the NRF52. It's more of a complete system / framework, rather than just an RTOS, but it has some good examples for the nrf52 ecosystem. Source: about 3 years ago
