  Only one I can think of is LensCrafters but I would not recommend buying from them as they are way over priced. I would say go there to try out their selection and taking note of the sizing and then go online to zennioptical.com or somewhere similar to find a similar style and size. Just my 2 cents.   You can't beat the price, if you have vision insurance that covers the cost of the eye exam or at least reduces it so it's significantly less than $79.95 than I'd suggest getting the exam with insurance than getting the glasses with zennioptical.com. Source: almost 3 years ago

They've always been made well and I've never even needed frame adjustments, this is coming from somebody who is very "bothered" by things being on my face and around my ears.   I recently went to Sehome Eye Care, they take Molina. I didn't get glasses from them but I did get my eyes checked, a fresh prescription, and my pupillary distance measured all covered by insurance and then bought some cheap frames on zennioptical.com.
