    Iโ€™ve been using Zadarma for a while now, and overall Iโ€™m quite satisfied. The setup was straightforward, and the interface is easy to understand even if you havenโ€™t used similar services before. Call quality is stable, without constant drops or delays.

    Iโ€™d also highlight the free built-in CRM and the integrated AI agent !!!

    Support is responsive as well and doesnโ€™t ignore requests.

    Overall, the service has left a good impression, and everything works as expected without any unpleasant surprises.

    Low price for a great product

    The PBX has been working great so far, it's was easy to set up and to start using it. The app works smoothly. I like the new AI agent, I've been using it since lounching. What I like the most is the pricing. The PBX is free, which saves me a lot. Overall, great experience so far.

    gutters. I bought a virtual mobile number to register for online banking, which turned out to be used by this bank. as I understand zadarma, I was offered to steal the account from the existing owner. they refuse to replace the purchased number or return the funds.
