4. What's the story behind WurifyPeak?

   I built WurifyPeak because I watched a creator friend spend 3+ hours manually clipping, reframing, and captioning shorts from a single 60-minute video. Most tools on the market either clipped randomly (scene-cuts) or required expensive editors. I started by building a Python + ffmpeg pipeline, but the render times and memory usage were unsustainable. I then rewrote the hot path in C99 using libav/libass, dropping render time from 30s to 1.2s per clip. The product launched with a free plan to validate the workflow, and the early users — creators who needed to repurpose long content — shaped every feature since.
