The easiest thing would probably be to just make a google calendar and make it look nice using something like this free plugin. There are free stand alone calendar plugins like The Events Calendar and Modern Events Calendar but they're probably overkill for this purpose. I run a service through which customers book live video appointments with providers. The booking system is currently Amelia for WordPress, and the multi-party video chat system is Agora.io, with the video chat page currently being a WordPress page using Agora's WP plugin (links for which I manually email to customers and providers).
