You may have to, however, figure out the control scheme yourself, with something like winddcutil and then use it inside of a batch script or some simple app. I was able to figure out most of the settings iirc on my MateView monitor, from brightness to gaming profiles. Source: over 1 year ago
It may be possible to control multiple monitors if you're decent with Python https://github.com/P403n1x87/m27q/pull/1. It might also be possible with DDCUTIL (for Windows - https://github.com/scottaxcell/winddcutil) if you're willing to go that route. Source: over 1 year ago
