  If you want to increase or decrease the size, you must re-run Boot Camp Assistant, delete and then recreate the partition, then reinstall Windows. Alternatively, you can use WinClone to create a disk image of the Windows partition for backup/restore purposes, while in macOS, and skip the reinstall and just expand the image to the larger/smaller partition.
