You also seemed misinformed about Waymo. Your description of their company says "Utilizes custom mapping technology and real-time sensor data for navigation". That is not what Waymo is. Waymo does advanced machine learning. They do deep learning and unsupervised learning. Waymo has a fully autonomous driving stack and they offer public ride-hailing with fully driverless vehicles in 3 cities (Phoenix, SF, LA).... Source: over 3 years ago
