• Is it normal to pay $94/month for one line

  $94 for a single line is not good given in this day and age. If you want to stick with Verizon and are fine not financing a phone, you should use Visible. • Cannot log into visible.com from a web browser (iOS app is fine)

  I’ve got an odd problem - I can open the visible app and all is fine. But, if I log into visible.com from a web browser on Windows or a Mac (or iPad), after the username and password, I get the SMS text with the code, type it in… and get another text with a new code… then again on more time, then I can’t log in anymore as I get an error that the code has expired. • Switching to Visible+ for a month then downgrading again

  That's fascinating because I LITERALLY moments ago just got off a chat conversation with a customer care rep at visible.com who told me the exact opposite.   Hello, we go camping enough to justify having decent internet but not enough to justify an expensive monthly plan or Starlink. I came across this visible.com 25-dollar plan with unlimited hotspot and heard you can take a mini router and change a TTL setting in the settings menu of this mini router and it will unlock your speeds from 5mbps to whatever the phone gets and you can also connect a lot more devices than...   They are a big Telco. I was talking to a coworker in another EU country and he said they are everywhere. Unfortunately I am not leaving for 10 days so I can't post my results now, but I am not concerned. Its the same with any telco. For example I have visible.com service - MVNO of Verizon. • Having multiple issues even signing up.. Are most of your happy with Visible?

  I'll just sign up then and try it out. Get to checkout and no option for eSim that I saw. Tried to chat, waited 20 minutes as #9 in the queue..   Open an incognito page on a computer (laptop/desktop) and go to visible.com. then, click the speech bubble in the bottom right corner to start a chat session with support. Source: almost 2 years ago

  If you’ve lost your phone and cannot get the 2FA SMS text, go to visible.com from a browser but go right to customer service chat via the speech bubble icon in the bottom right - you will want to ideally do this from an incognito page in case the browser uses cookies and attempts to log in. • Prepaid eSIM - Traveling to the USA

  My suggestion is once you arrive in the USA, get a prepaid VISA debit card from any grocery store for $30 and activate the Visible eSIM on their website with those credit card details with Wi-Fi somewhere. You'll get Unlimited, Talk, Text, & Data (no access to 5G UWB and deprioritized) and Unlimited 3G Hotspot. If you need high speed, priority data with 5G UWB then go with the higher priced $40 plan. visible.com. Source: almost 2 years ago

  So interesting - I was able to reconnect to Visible's website by setting up a split-tunnel VPN that only applied to visible.com and bevisible.com's IP addresses (both are single IP addresses). Talking with support was not very fruitful unfortunately. Source: almost 2 years ago

  I'm in the middle of this right now. My phone won't download the eSIM on my account page. And now I can't even access visible.com from my home wifi(!!??!!). It just goes to "Error: Server Error The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in 30 seconds." • Contacting Visible - all phone calls fail with "Call Failed" - unable to use visible since it wants to use secure my account (via SMS) before letting me in

  You can start a chat session without logging in. On visible.com, click Help and then you’ll be redirected to the help page that has a speech bubble/chat icon in the lower right. You can start a chat with first name, last name and email address and let the agent know you already have an account and they can even temporarily suspend 2FA for 24 hours or otherwise help out.
