Good recommendo, thanks. It seems better (more modern? More complete?) than https://vim-bootstrap.com/. Source: 12 months ago
My impression is if you ask 10 vim users how they setup their vim, you'll get 11 different answers :p I'm happy enough with config generated from: https://vim-bootstrap.com/. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
Vim-Bootstrap -> generate .vimrc for you then modify it later. Source: over 1 year ago
- [-] The journey has began at some time 2020 - [x] Getting boring with `atom`, `vscode`, `sublime`. Why? 1. Too slow on managing projects, each project takes **2GB** storage 2. `atom` and `vscode` are electron-based app, so it's heavy 3. Sublime is quite good, but heavily on indexing project's files - [x] Try `vim`, doing `vimtutorial`, getting struggled and ... Struggled with the new ugly motions... Source: over 1 year ago

Through it all, I have been getting this error and after getting back to a clean state, I'm still getting this error. I thought I would try and set up things with Vim Bootstrap but as mentioned, everything is just failing miserably. I would seem I need to fix this error first and move on to the next one. To the author: I hope you do not take this as a personal attack, This is directed to the neovim distro community. Its suppose to make beginners easier, but it actually holds them back. take a look at https://vim-bootstrap.com/ maybe make cosmic into this. How many people would want a non bloated config that generates a good starting template under 200 lines? Source: over 2 years ago
Plug-ins are subjective and tailored to you. I’d look at https://vim-bootstrap.com as it generates the vimrc for you. Source: over 2 years ago
You can just write it into your .vimrc config file. There are some base config files you could use to inspire you, or you could use something like https://vim-bootstrap.com/ but if you simply want the keymap then you can just write that into the .vimrc file. Source: over 2 years ago
