  Started with Duolingo before I got too committed to the language, confirmed I was interested and dedicated to daily learning and so got a textbook that had available audio (often found on youtube after some digging), and saw the most improvement when I joined a language site that had lessons.   I have had a great experience with verbling.com ! There are tutors who can teach a variety of dialects at a variety of price points.
