I've gotten several mailers from USPS lately looking for postal workers, so looking at https://about.usps.com/careers/career-opportunities/ might be worth it. It's government, so there's some good and bad that go along with that. Source: over 1 year ago
First off I am thankful that as of yet they have all arrived- I currently have one I am a bit worried about now. These are packages ordered from multiple platforms and retailers. The odd thing is say I am on Esty and it says delivered in the app/website then I take the tracking number to usps.com to track it usps will show a message about the tracking number or tracking info being unavailable/invalid. This has... Source: over 1 year ago
That was my first thought. If you go to usps.com to find out what their rules are, they have a ton of information about dogs as far as mail carriers are concerned, but nothing about their policies in their offices. I had to dig around to find that out. Source: over 1 year ago
Keep you current position for now, check usps.com for other nearby CCA openings, and apply. Source: over 1 year ago
Go to usps.com and click on "send mail" and "find a zipcode". Then plug your address. It will correct it for you if you are entering it incorrectly. Maybe you've been using the wrong zip code or something. Source: over 1 year ago
The answer used to be you casually obtained Label 400 USPS Tracking labels from the post office, but those were phased out in January of this year and replaced with Label 888, which are only available to 'commercial users'. I'm currently trying to figure that bit out, if it's as simple as using my usps.com account or something, so I was curious what solutions other people had come to? Source: over 1 year ago
I estimate the likelihood the Letter Carrier will follow your delivery instruction request if submitted through the usps.com website to be around 15%. Source: almost 2 years ago
It doesn't. As long as the site is encrypted (https), the VPN doesn't matter. Booking.com and usps.com are both encrypted. Source: almost 2 years ago
Why would USPS direct you to a website other than usps.com? Of course it's a random phishing message. Source: almost 2 years ago
Jammed parcel drops in the lobby of a USPS facility got you down? Now, on usps.com , you may schedule a pickup at no charge to you! We'll come retrieve your package at no extra charge during our normal, daily, delivery runs. Source: almost 2 years ago
Of course, there is also the hassle of paying for actually shipping the packages. There are various options for paying the shipping costs (some have discounts for frequent shippers), but I don't know as much about them, other than using the traditional methods (e.g., handwriting the addresses on the package and then taking it to the post office or UPS or Fedex, and then paying for the shipping there). However, I... Source: almost 2 years ago
Make sure you actually type 'usps.com' in your browser and don't just blindly click on a google result, lots of people have been going to super-trackings.com, a Russian scam site that wants your address as well as credit card information with a bogus message about needing address information. When you check the tracking number on usps.com does it show your address attached to the shipment? this of course is the crux of the matter. Source: almost 2 years ago
Second clue: if it was the post office, it would be from usps.com, NOT hotmail. Source: almost 2 years ago
The reason why you're getting so little support on this issue is that scanning signatures from 3849's is supposed to be disabled in offices; if the customer wants to have their signature on file, they need to sign up for an account on usps.com and set up electronic signature service and apply it to the mail pieces they want signed for. Comcast support is still saying that websites like yahoo.com, usps.com, and a few dozen others we've identified are blocking our IP. We have to reach out to all of those domains and ask that our IP is unblocked. Source: almost 2 years ago
Here is contact information for you. ( www.usps.gov/hotline office of inspector general OIC) First step is to file a complaint ( www.usa.govpostal service- complaints) Contact USPS https://usps.com /help/claims.htm File a claim and an investigation will be started this is this part of the FIRST step you must take. The website for the USPS is https://usps.com/ not uspsltcarriage.top. Source: almost 2 years ago
If you take the tracking number, and plug it in at usps.com, they should be able to tell you which post office it's at. Or you can just call your local post office, as long as it's an official one, with the tracking number and ask them for help. They deal with finding missing mail pretty well. The post office doesn't use DMV addresses. You can change an address online at usps.com. That will forward all mail from old to new address (assuming you're in the states). Then it's on him to update his address with individual senders. Also, FMIL sounds like a nightmare. Source: almost 2 years ago
Did you look up the hours of the office on the usps.com website? If it's only open 4 hours a day, you can expect to get 24 hours a week if you work every single hour it's open, 6 days a week. Source: almost 2 years ago
