Ideally, I'd love to find a way to point a user through steps of the model programmatically without getting on a call. I'm thinking something similar to https://userflow.com/, but implemented in excel. I.e. It is also common to use third-party solutioins for this type of things. On our project we use UserFlow so that business team can setup and change onboarding process without any dev involvement. It's not an ad though, I'm not a huge fan of it 😅. Source: about 4 years ago
