Before your receiver sees your file, they complete a Prior Knowledge Declaration (sealed with AES-256 encryption, timestamped) and/or sign an NDA (NVCA standard, PDF auto-emailed to both parties). Then they get the file.
How it works: 1. Create an invite — add receiver name, email, and a link to your file (Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox) 2. Choose your gates — PKD, NDA, or both 3. Describe what you're sharing — three fields build the subject matter statement shown to your receiver 4. Send the invite — receiver gets a clean email with a unique link 5. Receiver completes PKD (sealed immediately) and/or signs NDA (PDF to both parties) 6. Receiver gets file access — all records sealed, timestamped, encrypted
