There are some hidden files at below https://decisionproblem.com/paperclips/, e.g. patch1notes.html and patch2notes.html (side question: How would one know that they are there? There is no central index at decisionproblem.com or decisionproblem.com/paperclips, so one has to guess or rely on information that others have already revealed), so maybe there is also licensing information somewhere?
