Two things, and it's the combination that's unusual.
First, it is built for the Spanish working-hours record (Royal Decree-Law 8/2019) from the ground up, not adapted from a generic time tracker. Clock-ins are immutable, corrections are traceable, and the log holds up to a labour inspection.
Second, the AI assistant understands that same regulation. When someone calls in sick it reorganises coverage across the team, and it checks its own proposal against Spanish labour law: the mandatory 12 hours of rest between shifts, weekly rest, and each person's contracted hours. It suggests, the manager decides.
