This page is designed to help you find out whether TrackinV is good and if it is the right choice for you.
Most portfolio tools treat retail investors like beginners. They show you a profit/loss number, a green or red percentage, and call it a day. But if you’re serious about building wealth, you know that’s not enough. You need to understand your actual performance - adjusted for cash flows, measured against real benchmarks, broken down by year.
TrackinV was built by a self-directed investor who got tired of spreadsheets breaking and broker apps hiding the numbers that matter. It’s a browser-based portfolio tracker that delivers institutional-grade analytics in a clean, fast interface - no installs, no broker credentials required, and accessible from any device.
It works with any broker, any currency, and any combination of stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds. Whether you trade through DEGIRO, Interactive Brokers, Trading 212, or any other platform - TrackinV sits on top as your dedicated analytics layer.
Built and hosted in Europe, TrackinV is particularly well-suited for European and international investors dealing with multi-currency portfolios, regional funds, and cross-border holdings.
TrackinV calculates Time-Weighted Return (TWR) and Modified Dietz return - the same methods used by professional fund managers to neutralize the distortion caused by deposits and withdrawals. This means you see your real investment skill, not just how much money you moved around.
Compare your results against major benchmarks including S&P 500, MSCI World, AEX, STOXX Europe 600, and more. View your performance broken down by calendar year to identify patterns, strong periods, and areas for improvement.
TrackinV detects dividend payments from your transaction history and gives you a full overview: income per holding, cumulative payments, projected future income, and yield analysis. Dividends are part of your total return - TrackinV treats them that way.

TrackinV is designed for private investors who want a clear and structured overview of their portfolio performance, dividends, allocation, and long-term progress without relying on complex institutional tools.
TrackinV started as a personal side project. While building a portfolio tracker for my own investing needs, I realized many investors were looking for the same combination of clarity, flexibility, and privacy. That gradually turned it into a product shared with other investors.
TrackinV does not require broker connections or bank account access. Users can enter trades manually or import via CSV, keeping full control over their own data. Instead of adding unnecessary AI features or complexity, the platform focuses on ease of use, clean portfolio insights, and affordable pricing.
Built with modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, Supabase and PostgreSQL, with a focus on speed, reliability and privacy.
TrackinV is built in Europe for investors who want European benchmarks, privacy, and full manual control. It is developed by a solo founder who originally created it for personal use and later opened it to fellow investors.
TrackinV is currently used primarily by private investors and early adopters across Europe and beyond (US, Canada currencies are supported). As an independent product, growth is currently driven organically through direct user adoption.
